You can make an anonymous report to UVA at any time by downloading or printing the Just Report It form, completing it, and transmitting or delivering it to the appropriate office. Please note the Just Report It online system IS NOT anonymous and will identify you as the reporter.
- Reach the Title IX Office from a restricted email address or phone number without revealing your identity at titleixoffice@virginia.edu or (434) 297-7988.
Reports made online through Just Report It help document incidents of sexual misconduct on Grounds. All reports are reviewed by UVA and appropriate action is determined on a case-by-case basis. When filing a report, it is important to consider that UVA cannot work with the reporting person to provide resources and support if the reporting person is not identified in the report. Responsible Employees, such as Resident Advisors (RAs) and Teaching Assistants (TAs), cannot report anonymously, but rather must report through the Just Report It online system.
UVA may also be limited in its ability to act on anonymous reports. Please provide as much information as possible if reporting anonymously, including the time, date, and location of the incident and a detailed description of what happened.
